Tophus

Tophus Subcutaneous nodule composed of urate. Seen in chronic gout.

Sudden extension (usually painful) of a digit from a flexed position. Due to flexor tenosynovitis. A nodule may be palpable in/on the tendon in the palm just proximal to the digit.

Tridesilon
Tridesilon(desonide) ointment is a topical corticosteroid for the relief of inflammatory and pruritic dermatoses.
