Klysmaphilia

Klysmaphilia a paraphilia of the fetishistic/talismanic type in which sexuoerotic arousal and facilitation or attainment of orgasm are responsive to and [dependent upon]{contingent on} being given an enema by the partner [from Greek, klysma, enema + -philia] There is no technical term for the reciprocal paraphilic condition, namely of being the enema giver. Klismaphilia may be adjunctive to rubber fetishism or to bondage and discipline.
