Hymen A thin membrane that covers the opening of the vagina. Hysterosalpingogram A test used to evaluate the health of the uterus and Fallopian tubes in which dye is injected into the uterus and an X-ray is taken. A hysterosalpingogram can locate blockages or tumors that may be correctable with surgery or medication.
