Guardian

Guardian An adult who has been given legal responsibility for a minor in place of the biological parents.

Gestational age
The age of the fetus while in the uterus, counted from the first day of the last menstrual period.
Gestational diabetes mellitus
Diabetes (when blood sugar levels become too high) that develops duringpregnancy. Can be treated, and usually disappears after pregnancy.

Algorithm smoothing spatial or temporal variation in an image by averaging neighboring values of light intensity, the contribution of values to the average being weighted according to a Gaussian function.
