Erotophonophilia
A paraphilia of the sacrificial/expiatory type in which sexuoerotic arousal and facilitation or attainment of orgasm are responsive to, and contingent on stage-managing and carrying out the murder of an unsuspecting sexual partner. The erotophonophile's orgasm coincides with the expiration of the partner. The reciprocal paraphilic condition is autassassinophilia.
Erotosexual
