Effeminate

Effeminate A womanish or sissyish manner and bearing in a man or boy stigmatized as an unmanly homosexual.

The activities of electrocutophilia may be exploratory or varietal sex play and not a paraphilia. It also may be part of a sadomasochistic repertory. Devices for "safe" sexuoerotic electrostimulation are now commercially available.
