Cockayne syndrome

Cockayne syndromeA genetic disorder that involves progressive multisystem degeneration and is classified as a segmental premature-aging syndrome. Cockayne syndrome is characterized by dwarfism, prematurely aging, visual problems and deafness, sensitivity to sunlight, and mental retardation.
